Pastor Joel Stockstill is the pastor of 220, the revolutionary youth ministry of Bethany World Prayer Center.

220 embraces three principles that are essential for multiplication: radical prayer, radical evangelism, and radical discipleship.

Using these principles, Pastor Joel has raised up hundreds of leaders who currently disciple over 7,000 students in weekly cell meetings in the Greater Baton Rouge Area. 220 reaches students throughout the region through services, cell meetings, college campus outreaches, and clubs in junior highs and high schools. They have a goal to reach over 20,000 young people across the city of Baton Rouge. Pastor Joel also mentors youth pastors worldwide as a result of his desire to see a generation transformed by the Cross.
